Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To register on uuok, you must provide accurate and genuine information. Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and may lead to cancellation of all accounts. The mobile number and email provided during registration must be active and owned by the user.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. uuok will never ask for your password via phone or email.
Users must refrain from fraudulent activity, use of bots, manipulation, or any dishonest behavior on the platform. Misuse of technology intended to harm other users or the platform is strictly prohibited. uuok reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
If violations, fraud, or suspicious transactions are detected, uuok may suspend any account under investigation. Serious breaches may lead to permanent account closure and balance forfeiture. Users may also close their accounts at any time.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on uuok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved mobile banking methods like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the platform’s current guidelines. Withdrawal requests are processed within the specified time after verification. If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected, uuok reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation.
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made through registered payment methods only.
- Transactions using another person’s mobile banking account are prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
- For transaction disputes, please contact our support team within a maximum of 30 days.
